That is beautiful. Maybe I haven't noticed before--the body of this one looks so large, almost like a moth? But I don't actually know anything technical about butterflies.

Beautiful. I've planted a lot of plants in my garden that attract butterflies. It's really cool, before that I thought maybe they were disappearing because I rarely saw them.

This is a beautiful shot...I think the drought has really knocked the supply of flowers and nectar around, with our good early winter rain here it may be enough to get us some kind of blossom and flowering shortly come spring, I do hope the butterflies and bees come back...the wattle is late flowering, I'm not sure why that is.
